Dr. Yousef Challar is a Business Development and Personal Identity Consultant with a PhD in Business Administration. He has over 20 years of experience in Qatar, where he has built a strong reputation as a management and marketing expert. In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Yousef Challar holds prominent leadership and technical positions. He is the Managing Director of the Center for Civilization Consciousness (Ministry of Culture), and the founder and director of the Academy of Arabic Calligraphy and Media Talents. He is also a calligrapher and visual artist, and an active member of the Syrian Association for Visual Arts, the Qatar Fine Arts Group, and the Qatar Forum for Authors. Dr. Yousef Challar is also the co-founder of several influential entities, including the Syrian Business Club in Qatar and the Content Creators Club. He is the founder of the “Forum of Influencers in Arabic” and a member of the Syrian Media Club. He has received numerous honors and awards from high-level bodies in recognition of his deep contributions and extensive experience.
